A month long process, of interviews that consisted of 5-7 quick fire questions. They will drag you out to the final interview just to tell you no. The interview process could all be done in one sitting but obviously they’d rather play games

Very Easy, came in met with the head designer and sales and the owner of the company.
I dint get a chance to meet with the other designers, but as soon as I met them
we all clicked right away.

Interview
Interview included an introduction to the CEO, Controller, Director of Sourcing, and Director of Graphics. CEO asked pointed questions about my background and technical knowledge. Company did reimburse me promptly for flight and hotel expenses as I ended up relocating.
