Basic initial interview, then group dynamics (?), then final interview, then job offer. It was a one-day hiring program, so the applicants who passed all the interviews got to receive the list of requirements.
Fun and easy going employer. The manager that hired me was kind and approachable. I was 16 years old back then, I just wanted to have an experience and this is a good start.

It was quick and smooth. Only focused on potential candidates. They are looking for more long-term employees. They described the work as it seems easy but they did tell us about long hours and potential change in shifts.
