The process needs to be more transparent. During the interview I would ask questions regarding pay and day to day operations. I was told that information would be given during the next interview. Then the details of the position should be clarified from the beginning.

They stood me up. Contacted me via phone the day prior and asked me to be prompt and ready and wasted my time. I was really dissapointed. Good indicator of how they treat people and their time. I even waited ten minutes after it was supposed to start.

- HR calling you to set up a video call interview. Turns out to be a group call with other candidates and the management explaining what they do.
-Followed by an in-person or Zoom call with a senior. Asking some basic questions.
-Follow-up call to inform if selected or not.
