One way interview - Before each question you are given a think time, number of takes to record your answer, and time to answer the question. Very uncomfortable to be watching yourself and it can throw you off. Seeing your time left go down is also distracting. Questions were general and straight forward

What made you interested in Golder and the position?
This is an entry position as an Environmental Scientist for Golder. It was a one on one virtual interview and I was interviewed by 3 people. Interviewers were friendly and professional. They asked me general interview questions and asked me about some of my experiences on the resume.

Brief one-way video interview with several questions, mainly focused on the general question, the total interview time was approximately 30 minutes, it is a very convenient way to take the interview, and you can take the interview anytime at your convenience within the deadline.
