Conducted by person, who was dressed so casually looking like they had just got out of bed. They were left alone by her senior who should have conducted the interview because the senior 'was not feeling upto it today'. I'm capable of adapting to many situations but having a table placed by a goods in bay door amidst pickers working and drivers collecting, made it feel as though the company had no interest in employing quality staff by treating the selection process with appropriate dignity.
