Long about 2 hours. First is a case study and answering questions then they take you to the floor to actually train them and got trained by them. They will go through the case study with you and ask you about your avaiability. Then they talk about salary and commission etc

I applied in person, had to do a tour of the gym with a sales rep, then met with the fitness manager who asked me about my experience (I had worked at a different GoodLife for over a year). He hired me on the spot.
