Email outreach about 3 weeks after applying. Asked for 1-3 years of experience. Recruiter video interview was some behavioral questions and info about the company perks. Not able to answer my questions about the role. My last interview with them was with two HRBPs. It was a technical test and not a conversation. My resume clearly outlines my beginner data abilities which are commensurate with my experience level (never been a data analyst). Why interview me and disrespect my time (including interview prep and research) if there were non negotiable data analysis skills required?
