Our roles—particularly within the marketing and creative teams—are fast-paced and often tied to event delivery timelines. As such, we are always upfront during interviews about the flexibility occasionally required, including late finishes or weekend work. This is not intended as a red flag, but rather to ensure transparency about the nature of the role and the realities of the industry we operate in. That said, we also ensure team members have adequate time off and support to balance this workload.
We also understand that the short notice for the 1:1 interview may not have suited your schedule. While we always aim to be respectful of candidates' time, there are occasions when availability from key team members is limited, and we do our best to work within those windows.
Our recruitment process is designed to reflect the real demands of the role and help both sides determine fit. While we understand this may have felt extensive, particularly compared to other roles, we remain committed to finding the right people for our team—those who thrive in a collaborative, agile and high-impact environment.
