I applied through LinkedIn in a job post and I received an email for a first interview with HR. The person never showed up. I waited for 10 minutes in the google meet.
Too many interviews. Had 7 interview with this company. It was not necessary and most of the teams did t give a lot of insight to the company. Very clicky culture
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gooten (Colombia, Atlántico) in Sept 2023
