Interview
Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn and set up a phone call with the TA manager. I then moved onto another call with another TA Specialist a week later.
The interview process seemed very lax- seems like a very young culture. They took a week to get back to me after the second interview. Unfortunately I did not get the job, which is weird because on both ends it sounded like my background skills were spot on for the role.

Interview
A few phone calls with the recruiter then five or six back to back interviews in one day. Spent about 30 min with each interviewer only to be denied as a candidate. It was clear they just wanted a workhorse as many of the interviewers asked if I was prepared to stay late / long hours every day.
