Initial screen with the CEO. Then, a take home assessment, Then an interview again with the CEO + recruiter. The last interview felt like a repetition of the initial screen but with the HR/recruiter this time, which is really strange. The allotted time was quite short. The interview felt like it was a gauge of culture fit more than anything - and by culture fit -willingness to put in long hours. I didn't think it would have been a fit either and would have turned down an offer anyways. But they could have done better in being more transparent about what they were looking for rather than trying to fish out those answers. Also - not the best attitude from the HR guy (as other reviews here have mentioned).
