You do 1 phone interview, 1 HR interview and 1 Panel / warehouse interview. During HR they go through the job, ask some questions and write down your answers, and give you 3 aptitude tests. They contact you whether or not you get the third interview. The warehouse manager asks you more questions that he writes down the answers to, and then gives you a tour of where you work and what they expect.
After this if you get contacted, you are hired if you pass the lift / drug test and background / reference check
