I applied online and received an email to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was easy, basic questions. I received an email to set up a 1-hour on-site interview with the hiring manager and colleague. A second 1-hour interview with hiring manager and director.
Both of the on-site interviews were very very structured. They did not stray from their long list of behavioral questions. I felt like they were more concerned with asking the questions HR required than asking questions to get to know me.
