Very laid back process. Much of the interview was behaviorial questions to get to know you as a person, how you work, your values, and how you will fit in with the company and culture. Culture is very important to this company and is one of the reasons they thrive, so it would be wise to emphasize culture in your interview, either through you personally or through asking detailed questions about the culture. Overall- they really try to get to know you. Be comfortable and be yourself.
