I got through two screening calls -- the first with the content director, and the second with one of the founders. Both interviews were very conversational and considered my background as a professional rather than asking boilerplate questions. I was informed that after these two calls, there would be two panel interviews over video call, but I didn't make it to that stage. However, both interviewers were very kind and responsive during the process.
