Government Finance Officers Association interview questions

Did a screening phone interview first, which was about 15-20 minutes. About two weeks later, they invited me to a Teams interview. The Microsoft Teams interview was held with two people and they were very nice and asked pretty standard and straightforward questions. This interview took about an hour. After this interview, I never heard from them again. Completely ghosted. No rejection email, nothing. I waited two weeks post-interview and reached out to ask what my status was/if I could have an update. Nothing. It feels very unprofessional to take an hour of my time and not even receive a computer generated rejection. It’s likely an indication of how things are run internally though, so maybe it is a blessing in disguise. Just putting this review on here because it would have saved me time from meeting with roles that weren’t serious during my job search.
