In total, the interview was not hard. Pretty general questions. Applied through university's career center, the process took about 2 to 3 weeks. Then it was a phone interview about 30 mins.

The interview process felt quite long and a little exhausting, but I noticed that many government interviews seem to follow similar structures and question styles. This makes them somehow predictable over time and helps candidates prepare better for future opportunities.
