Really relaxed process. Needed to show you were interested in the position. Show that you were competent to help entry level studies, soft skills of patience and being available. Process was to apply and then one interview step of meeting with the authority to see if you were capable or not.

Some questions were. Why do you want the job? How can you help those around you and what skills do you have across said disciplines of math, computer science, and writing papers. Behavioral questions about integrity, organization, and accountability.
