GradePower Learning interview questions

We started off with an intial phone call to assess my availability. I then met with the owner. We went through my resume and we discussed my professional experience. I learned about GradePower's cognitive approach.

Initial phone screen on Zoom where they talked about the role and pay and asked me about my teaching experience. Was called in quite quickly for an in-person interview at the center were they mostly just asked questions about my interests. After that I got to observe a session with one of the experienced coaches for about an hour. They called me the next day or so with an offer and I began with the training.
