Grainger Distribution Center Associate interview questions

Had a 30 minute phone interview. At the end of call, was invited to tour the facility the following week, and interviewed with two hiring managers. Two days later, received job offer, contingent upon my passing the drug screen and physical agility test.

Testing first, if you pass then they invite you to a group interview where managers tell you about the company and what they offer as a business, then they invite who they like to an interview with three different mangers.
