I applied online. I interviewed at Grainger (Bordentown, NJ) in May 2022
Interview
Honestly fairly easy they walked us through what the company was about their goals and benefits for employees and after that we took a tour of the warehouse to get an idea of where we would be working.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grainger (Bordentown, NJ) in Feb 2017
Interview
I had a referral from someone in the department (this is the best way to get an interview, Grainger loves referrals) so then I got the call. Part of the interview process is to make a presentation about a product Grainger sells. When I got there, there were two other guys so they put us all in a room together and we did our presentations. After they split us up into three different leaders' offices. Then the individual interview started. The first lady was stern and asked a lot of questions (probably cause I had no prior experience) but the second lady I talked to was very sweet and made it feel like I was talking to my mother. Then that was that so later on I got another call saying they wanted me and I just had to do a background check, drug screen, lift test and a physical.
