Interview process was seamless and professional. Tracy who interviewed me knew exactly what she was doing, she was very patient and knowledgeable. Tracy explained the process and what the next steps would be. I am so Happy to be working for Acklands-Grainger as the people and the culture here is like no where I have worked before.

First two interview was over the phone with a recruiter for Grainger. Third interview was a phone interview with a Process Manager, Did a face to face with two different Process Managers this lasted about 45 minutes, During this interview when I mentioned interviewing for another position, both process managers stopped the interview and did a search of that company, when they saw the company, both interviewers asked why I didn't take that job! That should have been a sign to get up an leave. I was later walked through the warehouse with another Process Manager, during the walk through I was interviewed by the Operations Manager, he was more interested in telling me about himself. The last interview was another phone interview with the buildings Director where I was offered the job.
