General Manager and assistant manager interviewed based on why I believe I am best suited for the roll. Asked how to handle certain scenarios
Branch manager and Operations Manager asked about my goals and intentions with the company.

Just a series of non-intutive paper questions that gets sent to a HUB so some HR person can pee on it. Overall it was pretty straight forward, the Branch manager that interview me found the questionaire kind of ridicules, so we just chatted about my work history, gave me some work place scenarios.
