Met with small panel for behavioral interview. Was very long and they asked about 10 behavioral questions which felt like a lot to me. I had some answers prepped but they had a lot of different questions that I stumbled on. I also was bad at adhering to the STAR method because I was new to it and nervous.
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Grainger

Started with on campus recruiting and then a short on campus interview. Next step has an interview onsite at the company headquarters. Heard back from them with an offer within 3-4 weeks after that
