Interview
It was casual. The user(s) were straightforward describing the job desc and giving company overview. We were able to negotiate the salary and the benefits. It was important to know various literature and broad knowledge about pop culture.
It went well. The staffs are nice and supportive through the interview process. It doesnt look like an interview, it feels like a casual conversation. Even tho I don't get the offer, it's nice to meet them. I learn a lot from my interview experience.
