First phone interview and then in person with hiring managers. Basic questions like why I want to work at GRCC, and experience. It did take about a month for the whole process

Applied online, revived a notification from their HR department to complete a personality assessment, reference check, and an HR Phone Interview. Once I completed those steps I was moved onto the Department Manager, I had an hour interview over zoom that included an assessment on SQL skills, I received an offer 2 weeks later.
