Granify interview questions

Excessive number of steps in the hiring process. Was asked to do a long coding project that was longer than they said it would be (too many elements to be done in a reasonable time frame as part of a hiring process) and I interviewed two separate times with different people and none of them seemed to be on the same page of what the job description and duties were and the type of person they were looking for

overall experience was good, the interviewers were nice and respectful while being very supportive in the process. Overall straightforward, included a case study to identify skills and knowledge in marketing.
