Grantek has wonderful Interview process. I applied through career website and also send resume to HR. I got reply within 2 hr for scheduling phone interview. Phone interview was more about my previous experience and basic behavioral type questions. it was lasted about 30 min. Second interview was more about technical side. I did not feel that I was being interviewed by Managers rather it was more conversational and solution oriented. It was about 50 min and I have enjoyed all 50 min with them. Last interviewed was done By CEO. It was more about to get to know about my personality and ambitions. It was conversational based on previous experience , my personal goals and education. All process took around 3 week. I really appreciate to HR who played immense role throughout the process. They give honest feedback whether you are moving forward or not with GENUINE explanation.
