Thank you for sharing this with us, and for the time you invested in your application. We appreciate the points, which you have brought up but would like to clarify that we are not an MLM. MLMs do not work with pre-existing major companies such as our clients. They usually make you buy into their program, which coincides with a certain level of risk. This is not our business model – and neither is asking our employees to recruit other people. We offer multiple compensation packages that are all structured so that each one of our team members has a base salary or hourly pay in addition to bonuses and incentives, which wouldn’t be the case if we were an MLM.
