I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gray Matter Elite (Salt Lake City, UT) in Dec 2017
Interview
I had a wonderful experience with Gray Matter Elite (AKA Salt Lake Creative). They seemed remarkably more professional than the other companies I interviewed with for a similar position. I went through three interviews, a brief first one with the company president, Erik, then a second one with who would become my team leader (or corporate trainer, as they're called in the company. Then a third one back with Erik. These last two explained the job thoroughly and made sure they answered all my questions (I had quite a few). I was offered a position at the end of my last interview and I accepted.

Question 1
This is not a forever-sales position, we're looking for leaders who will quickly move into leadership and management positions. How have you demonstrated your leadership skills in the past and why should we trust you?

Interview
Very unorganized. I waited for an hour while others were interviewed. He barely asked anything about me... which was the first red flag. He spoke only about the position and the company, trying to convince me to become part of the team rather than assess my qualifications. He would hire ANYONE.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gray Matter Elite (Midvale, UT) in Feb 2017
Interview
Very sloppy. Most days it's difficult to even make contact with their HR department. Not very well run seeing as he needs more people to help him stay on schedule.
