Great Au Pair interview questions

The interview was professional and the interviewer was very nice, however the same questions were asked multiple times and that seemed a bit odd. I was told they were making hiring decisions by the end of the week and I would hear back no later than that Friday, however I never did hear back and when I sent a follow up email I was ignored.

The interview process was 3 steps, first with a recruiter and then with the hiring manager. Finally, an interview with the founder of the company to discuss how the culture of the company fit with my needs as an employee.
