Was kannst du für unseren Erfolg beitragen, wieso sollten wir uns grade für Dich entscheiden?
Entspannte Vorstellrunde und Gespräche über Persönlichkeitsentwicklung in drei verschiedenen Interviews, um die wichtigsten Kollegen kennenzulernen. Danach erfolgte die Auswertung des DISG Persönlichkeitstest, dieser war allerdings keine Pflicht, sondern kann freiwillig durchgeführt werden.

Interview
My first interview was an HR interview for 20 minutes. It was straightforward. Questions were about my experiences, skills if I need relocation.
Then I had an online coding test on an online platform.
The next interview was a technical interview with a technical lead. He asked me about my previous works, what problems did I solve, what technology did I use, why I used that etc. And then what will be my role, my day to day work etc.
