My candidacy in Greenroad was suggested by a friend of mine who works currently in the company. The interview process consisted of three in-person meetings with different officials, which included technical exams. I passed this phase successfully. In the next few days I was contacted by phone and given a home task to solve. The task consumed an enormous amount of time, at the expense of my current position. Day before I had to hand over the task I was told the position was frozen & the process was stopped. Next, two weeks passed and I was contacted again by the company and was told everything is ok and that they chose me. I was pleasantly surprised & told them to send me the offer and contract. A week passed and I got nothing. To figure things out I decided to send a message to the company. They sent me a message stating they chose another candidate! This is definitely an unpleasant process to through. I did not expect to be treated this way.
