There was no phone screen, just email corespondence, and then an in-person interview which lasted about 30 minutes, no other steps or reference checks were performed, no drug test either
Questions like what would you add on to a product, what is a bosal, what you would dress people for horse shows. It was pretty simple questions about various disciplines

Normal, nothing you wouldn’t expect. It’s definitely not a job for anyone who isn’t thoroughly involved in the horse world. Must know about health care, showing, beginner riders and recommending products for all of the above.
Dog experience is helpful but far from as important.
