I applied for the role in February 2019, and the interview process from start to finish took just under four weeks. The steps were as follows: 1. Phone screen with Associate Recruiter 2. Typing test 3. Customer support assignment 4. Phone interview with Customer Support Team Manager 5. Onsite interview with Recruiting Coordinator, Customer Support Specialists, Customer Support Team Manager, Director of Customer Support, and Associate Recruiter The entire process ran very smoothly, with excellent, timely communication throughout. Everyone I interacted with was warm & friendly and helped me feel at ease. The assignment took me longer than the 2-3 hour estimate, but this is probably because my background isn't in customer support; it was very enjoyable though. The onsite interview was a little daunting, as it lasted for 4.5 hours. It was very-well organized, and consisted of meeting some team members via Zoom and others face-to-face. Every team member was great and I really enjoyed our conversations. Ultimately I wasn't hired for the role, based on other applicants having more relevant backgrounds in customer support. Based on my experience, though, Greenhouse would be an excellent, supportive environment to work in.
