I had a very positive experience interviewing with Greenhouse for the Customer Support Specialist role. The process took 2 weeks from my application submission - extremely quick. The process itself was quite intense, but positive. It looked something like this: - Screening call with an HR recruiter - Take home test - 3 hour panel interview with team members, the hiring manager, and various employees from the company to discuss culture and diversity. - Final call with an executive I was impressed with Greenhouse's entire process and the recruiter's quick communication to keep me calm and engaged. I never had to wait more than a day for an answer, which made the experience so much more enjoyable and less worrisome. The process is intense, but I truly value the thought and effort they're putting into this to find the right people. The team member discussions were great, and role specific. I came with a ton of questions which all got answered to make me feel solid about this opportunity. The Culture Add discussion was amazing and really sealed the deal for me. I got the opportunity to share some extremely personal (and emotional) challenges and wins that affect my everyday life and purpose. I've never had that deep of a conversation with a potential employer in my career. I'm rating the process difficult, as it was intense (but not negative). I've found that all companies worth working for have a similar process these days. It's just par for the course. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind, genuine, supportive and that's exactly what I was looking for in my next role. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!
