Interview
The process included an initial recruiter screen, a discussion with the hiring manager, and then a detailed case study requiring significant preparation, research, and the creation of a strategic presentation. I was asked to present my recommendations and subsequently share the deck with the company.
While everyone I interacted with was professional and respectful, I found the process unusually demanding relative to the stage reached. The exercise itself was manageable, but the overall process was difficult to navigate due to the significant time commitment, unclear evaluation criteria, and repetition between interview stages. After investing substantial time in the case study, I was invited to an onsite meeting where many of the topics discussed had already been covered during the presentation, which made parts of the process feel repetitive and left me questioning the purpose of some stages.
I was also surprised by the level of strategic thinking, territory planning, and enterprise GTM work expected during the assessment, which in my view did not align with the compensation package discussed. Candidates should be prepared for a significant investment of time and may benefit from clarifying expectations, evaluation criteria, and case study deliverables before committing heavily to the process.

Le processus s'est très bien déroulé, jusqu'à l'entretien final (j'ai passé un entretien avec quelqu'un de l'équipe, puis avec la Team Lead, et enfin avec un directeur). Après les trois entretiens, j'ai eu comme retour une réponse automatique (celle qu'on envoie quand le profil n'est pas retenu sans entretien). Ma demande de feedback n'a jamais reçu de réponse. De manière globale, les entretiens se sont bien passés, mais le manque de feedback à la fin a laissé une impression très négative.
