30-minute phone interview and an hour interview with 4 people from the case management team at Greenspace. For the first interview, she asks you general questions. For the second, they would ask you questions + a roleplay + an exercise (document will be sent to you before the interview)

Why do you want to work for Greenspace?/How to communicate with clients with suicidal thoughts?/The most rewarding and challenging part of the job for you/Why should we choose you over other candidates?/a situation you have a conflict with someone at work/a time you were multitasking
Roleplay (you are talking with a mock client to figure out the issues they want to address in the therapy)
Exercise (Pick the most suitable psychotherapist for a client based on the client issues and the psychotherapist's specialities)
Group interview. Then it broke off into individual ones. She tried to display their work as really changing the world and making a difference but when I asked abut treatment of workers it looked very grim. I asked how much money do you have to make a day (begging on the street from strangers) in this sales job and she clammed up and said after a week or two you get fired if you don't meet the quota. We both knew I wasn't taking that job.
