Interview
I attended a career fair. When I arrived, I didn't really have an interview. I was just asked about my experience and then told to officially apply on Greystar's website. They informed me that if I applied on Career Builder or something like that they wont receive it. The recruiter at the job fair told me she would forward my resume to other Property Manager looking to hire close to my home. She did do that b/c I received a call back from 2 Property Managers.

This company requires you to take two separate questionnaires that are very time consuming.
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.

I was working in a management position when ownership decided it was best to have Greystar take over managing their properties. I interviewed with Greystar and was offered a leasing position.
