The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Greystar
Interview
Was given an “intake” interview and referred from there to the hiring manager. The hiring manager interviewed me over the phone & then invited me to the property for a face to face with herself and VP of Operations. They both asked interesting and topical questions. Interview length was neither to short or to long. Was not given a follow up on their decision which is absolutely unacceptable.
Interview online, then in person. Seems to be plenty of openings from los angeles to san diego. Not a lot of direction given. They seem to be struggling with employee retention
I applied online. I interviewed at Greystar (New York, NY) in Jul 2025
Interview
I applied online, and I was contacted a few days later by the hiring manager. I had a Zoom interview, which went very well. Shortly after, I got a request to do a phone interview as a 2nd interview. The 2nd interviewer had a misunderstanding regarding the scheduled time. I waited an hour and then sent an email to the first interviewer. I got a call a few hours later, and we hopped on the 2nd interview call. I was a bit thrown off, however next steps were discussed. It has been a week since I heard anything and I feel I have been ghosted.

Interview
I met with one of the local Regional Directors at their corporate office. She was very polite and professional. It all went well. But, after that I did not hear back. This was actually my second interview with Greystar, but this was for a different position. It also ended the same well.
