Very quick overall but a very cruel process with a bunch of red flags: overtime seems to be expected and they seem to be proud of it, no benefits to staff and low pay with (taking it from the reviews) barely any progression plans. Took a week to get a call back. A few days later had a second interview with the Head of Department, then a final one which was a task with the Head and Manager. The task was huge and I was only given less than two days to do it (I work full-time so I had to work on it until very late at night both nights). On the morning before the presentation, I was asked to send my presentation file (with all my work) via email because "I wouldn't be able to present a screen". Then, on the presentation, they DID give me access so it's pretty clear they did it to steal people's ideas. In the end, I didn't get an offer (which is fine), but all of these red flags coupled with the fact that I received a generic rejection email considering being on the final stage and all my extra hard work left a very sour taste in my mouth.
