It's actually pretty simple. You come in, fill out an application, and interview with one or two members of the management team. BEWARE, they do drug test by hair follicle that goes back about 6 months if I'm not mistaken.
Standard - submit resume, wait for them to contact you and then go in to meet with a manager in person. Manager was 30 mins late to interview and asked many questions that are in violation of laws including do you have children?
