Grove, Mueller & Swank interview questions

Interviewed for approximately an hour with Director of Operations via video conference for a remote position (Tax Manager). The Director was very professional and presented the firm well. The interview was very interactive and conversational, with the interviewer encouraging you to ask questions about the firm. There were some behavioral type questions asked, but not many technical questions. I was notified within a couple of days that they would like for me to continue on in the process, which next would involve interviewing with two Tax Managers and a review of professional references; however, I had already accepted an offer from a different firm by this time and asked to be removed from consideration for the position.
