Interview
Got an invite for the first round, recruiter then asks to postpone 5 min prior the interview and ghosted me ever since. No answer from other point of contacts within Grover either.
Langwierig und eher unstrukturiert. Verbesserungspotential besteht an mehreren Punkten. Vor allem aber die Organisation und mit wem man spricht könnte und sollte vorher klarer kommuniziert werden. Ansonsten sehr nettes Team.
