Interview
The interview typically has two stages minimum. The first stage is an online interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. The next stage is a physical interview at their office in Bandar Utama with the local manager.

1. They asked technical questions for the labeling compliance.
2. HR asked how the candidates handled attitude questions
it was so very easy that I was barely there for 10 minutes. You just have to demonstrate how good you are at sales in general. I had zero experience but since I'll be spending a lot of time in the store arranging goods and tending to customers, I thought it's a skill I'd pick up along the way. And I eventually did.
Interviewer focused heavily on my interest in the position rather than my skills. A general introduction to the role was provided without going into detail about the responsibilities. I was not given the opportunity to ask any questions.
