Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

Interview
Two initial interviews (behavioral and case study) followed by a take-home case study, two more behavioral interviews and another in-person case study. Cases were straightforward. Interviewers were all very professional and personable.

Question 1
For the first behavioral interview they had me pick a situation where I led a group project and asked me detailed questions about what the whole project process was like and how I led the team.
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
