Guidelines Advertising Associate Creative Director interview questions

A short phone interview followed by a Zoom interview with the operations manager and an executive assistant to the creative director/owner. Was asked to complete an optional assignment within 48 hours of the interview, which was a significant, though not unreasonable amount of work. They let me know a week later they were going with someone else, but provided some positive feedback. Was all handled professionally.
