Interview Review – HR Business Partner Role

I interviewed for an HR Business Partner position and was asked to prepare and deliver a presentation to a panel of three. The interview itself was fine — structured, professional, and the panel were polite and engaged.
Unfortunately, the overall candidate experience was extremely disappointing. After being rejected, I repeatedly requested constructive feedback to help me understand the decision and improve for future opportunities. Despite following up multiple times over a period of more than two months, I never received any response or meaningful feedback.
For a senior HR role, where candidate care and communication should be a priority, this was particularly disheartening. A more respectful and timely approach to post‑interview communication would have made a significant difference.
