the interview was only one with a possible call back. Interview was an informal attire with informal communication. the questions were directly related to the job assignment and criteria. the interview itself was in the general area of the store not in a enclosed office or private. the call back or second interview was more pointed and directed to the direct needs of the organization relative to the ability of myself and my desires and needs.

Applied online and within one week got called back. Phone screen then went into the store for a 3o minute appointment with the two managers - two days later they called me offering you.

Received a call for a group interview 4 weeks after applying online.
The group interview was very comfortable and relaxed, followed by one on one interviews with the manager.
Got an email a few days later with an offer, very easy and smooth process, started a week later.

Very straightforward, simple interview. Went over qualifications, what I wanted out of the job, and availability. Manager was cordial but very laid back. Got a call 5 minutes afterwards offering me the gig.
