I was recommended for the job I was interviewing for by my former editor. She was moving to a new company and thought I would be a good fit for the position. I thought so too :D. I got a couple of emails about setting up an interview and then I got a phone call at the time we set. Everything was pretty standard. I enjoyed talking to the higher ups in my company. Because I telecommute, I don't get a clear picture of what is going on at the ground level, so it was refreshing to talk to the folks in charge. We chatted about writing style and interviewing for articles. All in all a pleasant interview.
